Return & Refund Policy

At Himmedical, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We accept returns within seven (7) days from the delivery date, subject to the following guidelines:

 How to Initiate a Return Request (RMA):

 A Return Request (RMA) must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. You can request a return via the “Return” option on the "Order Info" page or by emailing us at himmedical@gmail.com with your Order Number.

Conditions for Returns or Replacements:

1. Damaged Parcel on Delivery:
   If the parcel is damaged upon delivery, refuse to accept it and note "damaged parcel" on the courier receipt. Then, raise an RMA as described above.
   A replacement will be sent within 48 working hours of receiving the returned goods. 
   If the product is out of stock, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be issued.

2. Damaged Product (after opening):
   *Email us photos of the damaged parcel and product within 48 hours of receipt.
    Raise an RMA; goods can only be returned after RMA approval.
    A free replacement will be dispatched within 48 working hours of receiving the returned product.
   If the product is out of stock, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be issued.

3. Wrong Product Delivered:
    If you receive the wrong size or product, we will replace it at no cost.
    A replacement will be sent within 48 working hours of receiving the returned item.
    If you prefer not to wait for a replacement, you may cancel the order, but shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

4. Defective Product Delivered:
   Raise an RMA within 48 hours of receipt for defective items.
    A replacement will be sent within 48 hours of the returned item being received.
    If you prefer to cancel instead of waiting for a replacement, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Order Cancellation:
    Before Dispatch: Full refund.
   After Dispatch: Refund after deducting actual shipping costs.

Return Conditions:
RMA must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Certain items (e.g., opened diabetic test strips, hygiene products, etc.) cannot be returned or replaced.
 Products must be unused and in resalable condition, with original packaging and labels.
 All returns are subject to verification by our QC team.
Shipping charges will be deducted if you cancel an order after dispatch.
COD fees will be deducted if applicable.
 If QC fails, the item will be returned to you without a refund.
 Specific brand policies may apply to certain products.
 The policy does not apply to quotation orders.

 Easy Return Process:
1. Raise a return request within 7 days.
2. Pack the product with all original packaging and tags.
3. We will arrange pickup, or you can ship the package to our warehouse.
4. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund or replacement.

For COD Orders: Submit your bank account details via the provided link for refunds.

Download Return Shipping Label: If a reverse pickup is not available, you can use this label for your return.

 Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed through the payment method used at purchase, except for COD. Refunds typically take 2 to 10 working days, depending on the payment method.

For COD Refunds: We will process refunds via NEFT. Please provide your bank details, ensuring the account holder's name matches your himmedical account.
