The Coloplast 10385 50mm SenSura Click Two-Piece Transparent Ostomy Bag is part of the SenSura Click range of drainable pouches by Coloplast. This two-piece appliance features a secure mechanical coupling system that locks the pouch into place with an audible ‘click,’ providing extra reassurance. Before the pouch is locked into position, it can be rotated 360 degrees to accommodate different body positions (standing, lying down, or during emptying) without needing to remove the pouch from the barrier. The mechanical coupling can also be adjusted to suit left- or right-handed users.
The pouch can be removed separately from the SenSura double-layer barrier, which allows for more frequent pouch changes without needing to replace the adhesive barrier. Designed for comfort and discretion, the Coloplast 10385 is a transparent maxi-sized drainable pouch that offers a range of convenient features.
Key features include a practical hide-away outlet, which makes it faster and easier to empty and clean. The pouch can be folded up and secured in its own pocket, reducing its size for added discretion. It also has an integrated Velcro® closure that can be easily tucked away, eliminating the need for clips or clamps. The integrated filter helps neutralize odor and prevents ballooning or bulging of the pouch.
An inspection window makes it easier to position the adhesive properly, and allows the stoma to be checked when necessary. The unique SenSura adhesive of the Coloplast baseplate, used with this drainable pouch, is a two-layer design that offers both protection and comfort. The protection layer shields the skin from stoma output, while the skin-care layer absorbs excess moisture, keeping the skin healthy.
